Refund = amount paid − airline charge − Expocity service fee (₹250 per booking). Airport taxes and government fees are refunded in full on every fare, including non-refundable ones. The Expocity service fee paid at booking is non-refundable; the cancellation fee above is the only charge we add.
Each room shows its own rule (free cancellation till X, or non-refundable). Where free cancellation applies, the full amount including GST is refunded; the ₹99 Expocity fee is non-refundable.
Quoted individually with the itinerary; cancellation slabs (e.g. 30+ days: 10%, 15–29 days: 25%, under 15 days: 50%, under 7 days: 100%) are stated on the quote before you pay any advance.
Full refund including our fees, or a free rebooking — your choice. We don't keep anything on airline-initiated cancellations.
